Will WTMF nag me to check in?

Only if you want it to. Daily reminders are off by default. You can turn them on with custom timing if a routine helps you.

Is mood tracking private?

Yes. Mood entries are encrypted on-device, never shared, and never used to train models.

Can mood tracking detect or treat conditions?

No. It's an awareness tool, not a diagnostic. WTMF will gently flag patterns worth attention, and we always recommend a licensed professional for clinical concerns.
